The QA Engineer will ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will design and execute test plans, identify bugs, and work with developers to resolve issues. Your work will ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality before they reach our users.
Responsibilities:
- Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and regression testing.
- Manual Testing: Perform manual testing of web applications to identify bugs and ensure functionality.
- Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase test coverage and efficiency.
- Bug Tracking: Report, track, and manage bugs using a bug tracking system. Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Performance Testing: Conduct performance and load testing to ensure applications can handle expected user load.
- Collaboration: Work with the development team to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and functionality.
- Documentation: Document test procedures, findings, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA).
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in writing and executing test plans and test cases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) is a plus.
